Customer Review: I was so excited when I purchased this item and could not wait to get it....then it arrived and I used it and I loved the way it worked then all of a sudden the battery died in the middle of cleaning my floor. I initially charged it for 24 hours and the battery lasted for approximately 15 minutes- I wasn't even able to do my living room and kitchen (which is not very big) and now I have to wait 12-18 hours before I can use it again. I am disappointed in how this product performs in the way of battery life but liked the way it picked up dust and dirt. Customer Review: I bought a wetjet about 10 years ago that one only lasted about 3 month till the sprayer stoped working Now i have new floors so I thought I would try it again So I bought another one to try but now i am on my first bottel and the spayer quit working again I give up I liked the way it cleaned my floors but I will not keep buing them

Customer Review: Mine stopped working on the second day from its arrival and I had to return it. It appears to be a battery issue. Whether I had the problem or not, the product is made quite cheap. The amount I paid ($32.88 for one) could be a bit too expensive for what it is. I will find a different sweeper instead of this one.

Customer Review: Like this vacuum very much. It is so much quiter than other vacuums. I can use the Miele vacuum late at night and do not have to worry about the noise disturbing the neighbors. The suction is also very good and it is easy to maneuver. I have had many vacuums. The last one was a Hoover which I bought only about six months ago and it was noisy and it kept breaking.

Customer Review: I've used roomba for about 5 years (Discovery series), it cleans fine as advertised. It's pretty cool, but it needs a constant maintenance which defeat the purpose of time saving. My roomba's 6th battery just died and I'm going back to the good old low maintenance long lasting plug in vacuum cleaner.

Customer Review: I purchased the Bissell Steam Shot to mainly clean my kitchen counters. Not good on formica had to revert back to Comet which I really hate to use because of the abrasiveness. The only things I found it good for, which is why I did give it 3 stars were cleaning the wood cupboard faces and the fronts of the appliances. That's it.
I was quite disappointed in it for anything else.
